Service Description
*Ages 16 and Up Only* This class is a go at your own pace. With this being said flipping is NOT required to join in. We focus on what goals you have and give you the drills and help to achieve the goal set. If you are wanting to flip we will be happy to teach you! Goals for example can be strengthening, flexibility, skill learning or simply meeting new people. Open expression class.
